Our starting rate: €30 per hour per person
Cleaning in Berlin starts at €30 per hour per person, with a minimum of two hours per visit. For one person, that means a starting price of €60 per visit. The cleaning service and travel within Berlin are included.
At this starting rate, you supply cleaning products and equipment. If you need us to bring them, we agree an additional charge beforehand. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. Your individual quote sets out the binding scope and price.

These are calculations, not promises about how long a particular office will take. Two people working for two hours means four person-hours. We agree whether a larger team is suitable and available as part of the quote.
Why floor area alone is not enough
An open, mostly clear space can require different work from an office of the same size with many desks, a kitchen and several washrooms. Flooring, how the space is used and its condition before the first visit also matter.
- Tasks: Floors and waste only, or surfaces, kitchen and washrooms too?
- Access: Are surfaces clear and ready to clean?
- Frequency: Is this regular upkeep or a one-off visit?
- Supplies: Which suitable products and equipment are available on site?
Compare the same scope of work
Compare total prices for the same tasks. Check minimum duration, person-hours, travel, supplies and additional work. A lower hourly rate tells you little if the quote covers different services or allows more hours.
For a monthly budget, use the actual number of agreed visits. A weekly appointment can mean four or five visits in a calendar month, so multiplying the visit price by four is not a reliable fixed monthly price.

Tell us the space type, approximate area, postcode, tasks and preferred frequency. Details about kitchens, washrooms and suitable time slots are helpful too. If you cannot estimate the work yet, start by describing what you need.
